I began my career in education as a special education teacher and administrator. I use the same skills that made me a great educator and leader (communication, problem-solving, flexibility, and authenticity) to guide individuals and families with the most expensive purchase of their lives. 
I specialize in the following:

• move-up or "right-size" homebuyers
• facilitating transactions with multiple offers and contingencies while selling current home
• calculating income properly for pre-approvals and loan structure for hourly + commissioned 
• employees including shift differentials and self-employed and business owners veterans
