I have been helping borrowers purchase or refinance real estate for 30 years. Residential homes, commercial property, construction loans, mixed use buildings, fix & flip loans, bridge loans, SBA loans up to 90%, reverse mortgages up to $4 million, and hard money when needed as a last resort.

As a mortgage broker, I am not limited to the programs available from one lender. I work with hundreds of direct lenders, with varied underwriting guidelines, creating many more lending solutions for the loan officer who can recognize where the envelope can be pushed without tearing it.

I work proactively with borrowers to create their best lending profile possible, resulting with the buyer getting the most house for their money.
